Logo Design and Interpretation

NSC Logo The Nightingale Student Circle (NSC) is the official student organization of all nursing, midwifery, and health aide students of Misamis University. The official logo of the NSC features the meaning of the organization itself.

Primarily, the human figure in the center symbolizes the enthusiastic students of Misamis University. These learners are developed according to the five objectives of NSC as symbolized by the Five Golden Circles.

The Lamp, which is seen in front of the circles, signifies that NSC with its vision and mission, is inspired by the mother of modern nursing, Florence Nightingale. The caduceus logo is added to symbolize the medical profession of this organization. The two snakes may represent the two goals of NSC or may represent as the two organizations - NSC and SBO working together to reach the fame and greatness to the College of Nursing and School of Midwifery and Health Aide

The sky blue color in the logo is the official color of NSC.
